The first match of the 2016 season sees a home game against last year’s Grand Final winners Dural Warriors.
A tough game, but one which is definitely winnable early in the season.
In 2015, Dural were victorious over the Boomers women in both meetings, taking out their home match 4-0 and later in the season, defeating the Boomerangs women in a highly entertaining, goal-fest, 7-5 at mPowerdome.
This match also provides a rare opportunity to play in front of a home crowd at the AIS Arena.
